Collina Etrusca comprises twelve independent villas, most of them with gardens and parking places, imitating typical Tuscan farmhouse architecture and individually designed to meet the demands of every family. One extraordinary building of the planned development is the Manor House, reconstructed in accordance with the original, century-old plans.
The entire project covers the area of 50 000 square meters and it takes only a half of an hour to get to the sea. Collina Etrusca incorporates both innovative and natural building materials and technologies.
Whether in year-round residence or just getting away from it all, Collina Etrusca provides amenities to make your life easier. It is always pleasant to arrive to a freshly cleaned home, a refrigerator stocked with fresh, local produce and pressed laundry hanging in the closet. Whatever you need, service is available 24 hours a day. The current list of services and amenities include: laundry, ironing, gardening, house cleaning, house repairs, emergency services, gas installation, party/barbeque area, and bill payment.
In the heart of Tuscany, just a few kilometres from Volterra, which is the historical centre, there is being built a new estate consisting of 12 villas, named Collina Etrusca. The houses constructed with the traditional Tuscan design contain 43 apartments sized from 70 to 300 square metres. The whole estate is as big as 50 000 square metres and includes joint green areas, as well as 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness club and car parks for the owners. Additionally, most of the villas are planned to be accompanied with private gardens. The whole project is run by the Austrian Villa alle Monache Group, which has its Italian subsidiary in Castagneto Carducci.
The construction is being realised in two stages.
In the first stage the following villas are built:
Villa Lavanda (consisting of 11 apartments size: 73.10 m2 - 189.10 m2),
Villa Giglio (4 apartments, size: 80,5 m2 – 152.20 m2),
Villa Gelsomino SEE THE PHOTOS (3 apartments, size: 83.85 m2 – 196 m2) and
Villa Ciclamino (2 apartments, size: 83.45 m2 - 155.55 m2).
The construction will have been finished by June 2010, and the final works will have been accomplished till the end of the year 2010. At the same time one swimming pool, one tennis court, the fitness club and full infrastructure of the villas mentioned above are expected to be available.
The second stage is to be started in September 2010 and finish of the project is planned for the end of the year 2011. The houses built in this stage are:
Villa Lauro and Villa Girasole (consisting of 4 apartments, size: 82.50 m2 - 165 m2 each),
Villa Fiordaliso and Villa Primula (3 apartments 70 m2 - 164.80 m2 each),
Villa Tulipano and Villa Orchidea (3 apartments 108.10 m2 - 209.10 m2 each),
Villa Camelia (2 apartaments, size: 165 m2) and finally
Villa Rosa (size: 330m2).
At the same time the construction of the second swimming pool is finished too.
Those buyers who decide to sign preliminary contract on the second stage apartments till September 2010 will be able to take advantage of additional free services:
• 2 hours of individual meetings with our indoor designer,
• joining or division of rooms in order to change their size,
• changes in the arrangement of bathrooms/toilets (possibility to separate entrances),
• expansion of the kitchen size,
• changing the arrangement of partitions,
The services are available under the condition that they do not influence the total cost of the construction of an apartment.
All of our apartments and house are newly built and you can choose the
finish materials.
